Usage Instructions (For Skilled Users Only):

Warning: This is a strong chemical product. Incorrect use can burn or seriously damage your hair. If you are new to this, be sure to seek expert assistance. Before full application, perform a Patch Test by applying a small amount behind your ear.
Step 1: Hair Preparation
  • Wash hair thoroughly with shampoo (do not use conditioner).
  • Towel-dry hair until it is about 70-80% dry.
Step 2: Bottle A (Softener) Application
  • Wear gloves. Apply Bottle A cream or lotion throughout the hair, avoiding the roots by 1-2 centimeters.
  • Determine processing time based on your hair type (normal, damaged, or thick). It is typically left on for 15 to 30 minutes. Check hair elasticity periodically (pull a single hair strand to see if it stretches and bounces back).
  • When processing time is up, rinse thoroughly with water only. Do not use conditioner. Dry hair completely.
Step 3: Reshaping (Curling or Straightening)
  • To straighten: Use a flat iron or straightening machine to iron small sections of hair.
  • To curl: Wrap hair around rollers or perming rods and apply heat (if using a digital perm machine).
Step 4: Bottle B (Neutralizer) Application
  • If curling, apply Bottle B lotion while the hair is still rolled or wrapped. For straight hair, comb it straight and apply the lotion.
  • Wait for 10 to 15 minutes. This fixes your hair's new shape.
  • Remove rollers (if applicable) and gently rinse hair with water only.
Step 5: Bottle C (Conditioner) and Styling
  • After rinsing, apply Bottle C conditioner or mask, leave for 2-3 minutes, and rinse out.
  • Blow-dry hair and style as desired.

Aftercare:

  • Do not wash, tie up, or tuck your hair behind your ears for at least 48 to 72 hours after treatment.
  • Regularly use color-protecting or damage-repair shampoo and conditioner.
