Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We strive to display accurate product information but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due when you receive your order. Refusal to pay upon delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive your parcel.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, abuse our staff or delivery partners, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TakeNow Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
